Shipping policy
Orders are printed and distributed by Printify.
Printify’s shipping policy varies depending on the print provider and destination country, as each print provider sets its own shipping rates, production times, and carriers. Here are some key points of Printify’s general shipping policy:
Processing/ Production Time
All orders are processed and within 2-5 days, depending on demand. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options, each calculated at checkout BASED on your LOCATION, item WEIGHT and chosen shipping SPEED. Standard shipping ($4.75+) typically takes 3-5 business days, with expedited ($7.99+) and economy ($3.99+) options available on limited items.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location, approximately 10-30 days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Carriers
Printify uses a range of carriers, which can include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional carriers depending on the destination and provider.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
